Job Description

Business Development Support revenue generation by identifying mining opportunities in accounts where projects are being delivered / by supporting named key accounts. Supporting the sales process through proposal writing as well as managing the different steps of the sales cycle. On a needtobasis, provide support in conducting diagnostic studies, scoping an engagement and developing robust solutions and propositions to address clients requirements Business Delivery Having endtoend accountability of project delivery including being the primary point of contact of the client, planning / assigning / monitoring work of the team, ensuring compliance with the project quality / risk management / ficial management standards, knowledge management, capability building, etc. In large multipronged projects, work as a part of a larger team (multicompetency or multigeography) to deliver on project deliverables independently Internal Practice Contribution Supporting defined goals / projects for the practice e.g. developing a point of view, developing customized content for gotomarket, practice operations, marketing and branding, etc Team Management Ensure growth and development of the team through a combination of regular timely feedback and identification of avenues for learning.wledge management, capability building, etc. Thought Leadership Partnering with the larger team to author/curate/contribute in developing the research base of the practice. Work with member firms globally to understand the PwC capability repertoire and look at how to position that in the Indian context more effectively. Team Management Leading a team of consultants / senior consultants in project contexts as well as a people manager. Providing feedback and helping them develop by balancing their aspirations with firm/practice expectations.

Education qualification
MBA from a top tier institute; Any certification on any of the above areas would be preferred
