Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals, translating them into compelling design solutions Create wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows. Develop interactive design elements that enhance user engagement and satisfaction Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions, iterating on solutions based on user insights and feedback. Ensure consistency and coherence across all platforms and products, following established design patterns, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data visualization, user experience design, and the wealth management industry, and apply learnings to enhance design solutions. Utilize analytics and user data to inform design decisions, ensuring solutions are both userfriendly and effective in achieving business objectives Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize design initiatives, manage project timelines, and deliver highquality design deliverables within deadlines.
Mandatory skill sets Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively
