Understanding the economics of projects and manage them effectively to ensure financial viability and success. Mandatory skill sets Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders. Proficiency in IT project management tools and software. Ability to work with ambiguity. Taking a systematic, structured view of situations.
