In- Stock Manager

As an Inventory Manager at our company, you will be responsible for collaborating with Category Managers to plan inventory for the season and aligning inventory budgeting with Senior Management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing seasonal and non-seasonal sales and liquidations to minimize inventory losses - Increasing inventory turns and developing processes to liquidate dead/non-seasonal inventory through both App and offline networks - Building an offline network for inventory liquidation - Implementing effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels - Monitoring and analyzing inventory performance, ensuring accuracy and timely updates - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and prevent stock issues - Implementing a holistic model for inventory liquidation strategy - Implementing SOR model for aligned sellers Your performance will be measured against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as: - Inventory turns - Inventory value greater than 6 months - Dead inventory value - Inventory as percentage of GMV - Increase in conversion due to inventory purchase/movement Qualifications & Experience required for this role are: - MBA/bachelors degree from Tier-1/2 College - Prior experience in management consulting, high-growth startups, early-stage startups, operations, or inventory management - Analytical and highly data-oriented with proficiency in analytics tools like SQL/Python (would be an added advantage) In terms of personality aspects, we are looking for someone with: - A problem-solving mindset and the ability to take ownership of and resolve issues - Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stakeholders across different teams - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Drive to deliver results - Ability to partner with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies What's in it for YOU - A high-impact role directly influencing the company's growth - Industry-first projects and charter - Reporting to leadership, competitive compensation package, and substantial ESOPs Join us and be a part of our dynamic team where your contributions will make a real difference!,
