& Summary As Manager youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to
Must have been in a role leading Employee Central track for large multicountry implementation for international or domestic customer .
Must have good knowledge and handson experience of Employee Central all functionalities Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.
Create an absence time type and a time account type .
Enable the assignment of time off master data to employees
Must have independently led the design workshops for customer
Must have an understanding of leading practices and industry best practices
Must have a good understanding of platformlevel integration of other modules with Employee Central .
Consider regional laws and regulations when implementing Time Off for a specific location .
Must have an understanding of the end employee life cycle on the SF platform.
Must know integration capabilities of Employee Central with S4H, 3 rd Party Payroll and other systems .
Must have a good understanding of Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central
