We are seeking a dedicated In-House Architect / Project Coordinator to join our design and execution team, playing a key role in coordinating between the architectural, structural, and site teams to ensure project quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site execution teams.
• Prepare, review, and issue working drawings, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and other site-related drawings.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and specifications are followed during execution.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and finishing schedules.
• Maintain project documentation, drawing registers, and approval records.
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and site coordination meetings.
• Support in visualization, presentation drawings, and minor design revisions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Civil Engineering with design coordination experience.
• 2–6 years of experience in residential or mixed-use building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or MS Excel will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
