We are looking for a dynamic student recruiter to support the In-Country Lead in implementing student recruitment initiatives aimed at driving growth in India and other select markets. As the first point of contact for prospective students and key stakeholders, the In-Country Associate will play a critical role in recruitment, relationship building, and market strategy execution.
The successful candidate will work closely with the In-Country Lead, International Recruitment and Admissions team to plan and implement strategies that increase student enrollments in line with the university's goals for international recruitment. Your role will directly influence the universitys growth by engaging with recruitment channels, managing relationships, and identifying business development opportunities
Higher Education experience,Strong skills in counseling and student recruitment.
Thorough knowledge of STEM programs, particularly at the graduate, PhD, and postdoctoral levels.Proficiency in marketing and presentation skills.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a heavy workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
Assist the In-Country Lead in executing recruitment strategies and delivering market plans to maximize student enrollments and revenue growth from India and other select markets.
Manage day-to-day recruitment activities and outreach initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as university placement officers, alumni, and other partners.Provide guidance to prospective students and offer-holders on programs, entry requirements, and the application process.Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth management of recruitment and admissions processes.Assist in organising and managing both offline and online events, including webinars and campus visits.Conduct market research on local universities, competitor programs, and market trends.Guide students through the recruitment process, from inquiry to admission and visa support.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.Participate in virtual events, team meetings, and provide regular reports to track progress.Support targeted digital and social media activities to enhance the universitys brand visibility in India.Collaborate on strategic planning with the team lead to meet recruitment goals.Work closely with the In-Country Lead to prepare market intelligence reports and analyze data to optimize recruitment efforts.
