Job Description & Summary: A career in our Human Resources, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.
Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programmes including, customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment services and on-boarding, workforce mobility, contingent workforce, and people and programmes support.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Spoc for West region - serve as the primary point of contact for all employee onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate and manage the complete onboarding process including orientation scheduling and facilitating induction programs.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure new employees receive the necessary tools, accesses, and support.
  • Maintain onboarding records and track the progress of new hires to ensure timely completion of all formalities.
  • Conduct welcome sessions and assist new employees in acclimatizing to company culture and policies.
  • Address onboarding queries and provide prompt resolution to new joiners.

Mandatory skill sets:

  • Ability to perform variety of transactional, administrative, and processing tasks using an established

knowledge base system to ensure consistency and conformity of work allocated.

  • Excellent in Verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentable with a pleasing personality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in Excel, Power point presentation and MS word
