Imported Marbles Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Avona International, a partner of RRM Marbles & Granites, your role will be crucial in leading and growing sales and marketing initiatives in the imported marble market. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new marble projects and sales opportunities in South Indian states of Kerala, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Andhra & Telangana, with a focus on targeting architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, and luxury property developers. - Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive sales growth. - Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and coordinating with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities, trade shows, exhibitions, and digital marketing campaigns. - Negotiating contracts and closing deals to maximize profitability, while also providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. - Monitoring sales performance, preparing regular reports for management, and staying updated with the latest products, market trends, and industry developments. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the imported marbles, building materials, or luxury interiors industry, with a strong network within the architecture, design, and construction community being a plus. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.,
