Your ability to negotiate effectively and communicate efficiently with international buyers and vendors will be critical in this position. You should also possess the skills to develop and execute market entry strategies, as well as proficiency in MIS reporting, cost analysis, and trade finance. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is required. Candidates with established connections in the tea trade will be given preference.
