Responsibilities Deliverables
1. Get Details information from client required for making offer quotation as per checklist.
2. give offer to clients as per define process
3. obtaining required information & documents from clients to manage shipment
4. To make port related operational activities till shipment delivered
5. Send updtaes to client with tracking report and managment
6. Send shipping documents to client with supporting documents
7. prepare daily / monthly reports and present to managment
Expected Results
1. Give offer to clients on time and convert the inquiry into booking.
2. Give Updates to clients of shipment till delivery and Help them each and every stage with proper education and support
3. Solve the problem of clients and delivering material safely at desirable place.
4. 100% ontime & 100% errore free shipment.
