Import Documentation Executive

As an Import Documentation Executive (NVOCC) with 1 to 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end import documentation for sea/air shipments. This includes preparing and filing Bill of Entry (BOE), Checklist, HS Code Classifications, as well as liaising with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines. You will also be coordinating with suppliers for timely documentation and shipment tracking, submitting documents for customs clearance, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. To excel in this role, you should have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in import documentation, a strong understanding of INCOTERMS, HS codes, and customs procedures, as well as good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required. Immediate availability and the ability to attend face-to-face interviews at short notice is essential. Candidates based in Chennai or willing to relocate ASAP are preferred.
