Job Description

Act as the first point of contact for customers on all import-related queries.
Provide timely updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements. Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, CFS/CHA, and shipping lines to ensure smooth movement of cargo. Share pre-alerts, arrival notices, and delivery orders with customers. Liaise with internal departments including Imports Desk, Documentation, Pricing, and Accounts for seamless service delivery. Coordinate with the in-house Transport Department for timely arrangement of vehicles and generation of e-way bills to ensure smooth and compliant dispatch operations. Handle escalations, resolve service-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain Import Job Data in our in-house software and generate daily/weekly status reports. Support in job closing, billing coordination, and payment follow-ups as required. Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Knowledge of Imports Candidates with a logistics background will be preferred. Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Import Customer Service. Minimum Graduate. Language IT Proficiency
MS office (Word Excel) Language Proficiency English, Marathi and Hindi Skills
Strong customer service orientation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Problem-solving and adaptability. Team player with attention to detail.
