Implementation Success Manager

As an experienced professional in implementing Saas products or relevant business consulting, your responsibilities will include: - Managing the end-to-end deployment of the solution, roadmap, and reporting to the global steering committee. - Building trustworthy relationships with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders. - Overseeing global/regional TE policy or template development for multi-country deployments. - Studying the AP process and mapping it to the Autonomous AP solution ecosystem. - Driving requirement gathering and documentation. - Evaluating complex customer business requirements and managing the development of functional documentation. - Independently driving product configuration according to customer business requirements. - Managing UAT-related test result evaluation and bug-fixing. - Maintaining cut-over plan and delivering on SLA under time and budget pressure. You should possess: - 8+ years of experience in implementing Saas products or relevant business consulting. - In-depth knowledge of AP/P2P function. - Strong leadership and mentoring skills. - Exceptional customer presence and presentation skills, comfortable in engaging with C-level executives. - Ability to liaise with multiple internal cross-functional teams. - Basic understanding of integration framework for integration with ERP/P2P systems.,
