Implementation Manager-Branch Banking-CMS

Role Overview: You will be interacting with existing CMS customers to understand their technical requirements for system integration for TBG products/services. Additionally, you will support customers and commercial Bank customers for modification/service-related queries. It will be your responsibility to monitor, push, and ensure the productivity of other activation channels. You will also need to interact with the implementation team, setup team, and operations to ensure that customers are served as per the agreed TAT. Understanding specific MIS requirements of the customer and arranging to deliver reports accordingly will be crucial. You will be preparing MIS and analyzing the assigned customer portfolio. Moreover, you will work on increasing product penetration and addressing customer feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with existing CMS customers to understand technical requirements for system integration - Support customers and commercial Bank customers for modification/service-related queries - Monitor, push, and ensure the productivity of other activation channels - Collaborate with the implementation team, setup team, and operations to ensure timely customer service - Understand specific MIS requirements of customers and deliver reports accordingly - Prepare MIS and analyze the assigned customer portfolio - Increase product penetration and address customer feedback Qualifications Required: - Good interpersonal skills, tenacity, attention to detail, tough-mindedness when needed, and diplomatic approach - Graduation with IT specialization or additional certification in IT - Fresh BBA/MBA/MCA/BSE-IT/B.Tech preferred - Fresher or 1 year of experience in CMS Sales, Product, Implementation, Branch Banking, IT, or operations would be an added advantage.,
