Implementation Executive

Roles and Responsibilities of an Implementation Executive:1. Client Onboarding and Setup

• Understand client requirements and project scope.
• Set up and configure systems/software based on client needs.
• Ensure timely onboarding of clients with all documentation in place.

2. Project Coordination

• Plan and manage implementation schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (developers, designers, support) to meet project milestones.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates and address issues.

3. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Gather and document business and technical requirements from clients.
• Communicate client expectations clearly to internal teams.

4. System/Software Deployment

• Execute the implementation of software or services.
• Oversee data migration, integration with existing systems, or hardware setups.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination, and troubleshooting.

5. Training and Support

• Train client staff on how to use the new system or platform.
• Prepare training materials or user manuals.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve initial issues.

6. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain implementation logs, client feedback, and issue trackers.
• Generate reports on implementation status and client satisfaction.

7. Quality Assurance

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before handover.
• Conduct quality checks and verify system functionality.

8. Continuous Improvement

• Identify improvement areas in the implementation process.
• Provide suggestions for product enhancement based on client feedback.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools and practices.
• Technical proficiency (depending on the product, may include SQL, APIs, software config, etc.).
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Time management and multitasking.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹8,669.12 - ₹30,613.34 per month
