Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Services Implementation Engineer (L1) at NTT DATA, you will work closely with the Technical Services Implementation Engineering team to handle configurations, installations, and break/fix events of less complex nature. You will gradually develop the ability to take ownership of installations, incidents, and problem management tasks, collaborating with the team to meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Perform less complex configurations and installations - Attend to break/fix events - Provide second-line telephonic support to customers as needed - Demonstrate a basic understanding of technical design principles and project management processes - Exhibit strong learning orientation, communication skills, and client service orientation - Maintain a proactive hands-on approach to tasks Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology - Specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems - Some prior work experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role would be beneficial Additional Details: This is an on-site working position at NTT DATA, offering the opportunity to grow your career within a diverse and inclusive workplace that encourages personal and professional development.
