Role Overview

Implementation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure client-specific requirements are met and compatible with existing IT infrastructure.
• Conduct rigorous system testing for stability, efficiency, and security prior to full-scale deployment.
• Prepare detailed documentation and SOPs for clients to understand new systems and changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation, providing timely solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Evaluate post-implementation performance, make necessary adjustments, and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field/technical training.

• Data Center
• Cisco Nexus Platform switches
• Arista (including Arista CVP preferred)
• BGP
• Automation (must have

  Ansible

  , Python is a plus)
• Unix/Linux background is a plus.

• CCIE certification preferred
