Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Services Officer, located in Chennai. The Immigration Services Officer will evaluate client profiles, provide accurate advice, complete and process immigration applications, and manage client files. The candidate will liaise with immigration authorities, legal advisers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient handling of cases. This role also involves staying updated with immigration policies, maintaining client confidentiality, and supporting clients through each stage of the immigration process.

Qualifications

• Experience in client evaluation, case management, and immigration application processing
• Excellent communication, legal research, and advisory skills
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal advisers and immigration authorities
• Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations for multiple markets such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Ecuador, and German.
• Proficiency in relevant technology, tools, and document management system.
• All type of degree Holders relevant education would be added advantage.
• Experience Or Fresher both can apply for this job.
• Salary good standard in the travel industry.
