Immigration Sales Manager / Team Lead – Kompass Immigration (Andheri West, Mumbai)

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 + incentives

About Us:

Kompass Immigration & Education (est. 2013) – offices in Mumbai, UAE & Australia. Led by a MARA (Australia) registered-CEO. We handle PR, Work, Study Abroad, Family & Business visas for Australia, Canada, UK, USA, NZ, UAE, and more.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Manage a small team of immigration consultants

* Handle inbound leads (no cold calling)

* Counsel clients on PR, Student & Work visas

* Drive sales conversions & meet monthly targets

* Train & guide junior team members

* Coordinate with CEO & marketing team

Requirements:

* 3–5+ years exp. in Immigration, Study Abroad, B2C or B2B Sales

* Team leadership / target achievement experience preferred

* Strong communication & negotiation skills

* Client-focused & ethical approach

* Proficiency in MS Office
