About Us

We are a leading immigration consultancy, providing professional services for Study Visas in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, and Europe. With a growing client base, we are expanding our sales team and looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Manager to lead our office counselors and achieve ambitious sales goals.

Job Responsibilities :

1) Lead and manage a team of sales counselors, ensuring productivity and discipline.

2) Take ownership of combined team targets and ensure consistent achievement.

3) Develop and implement strategies to boost office sales and improve conversion rates.

4) Train, guide, and motivate counselors with effective sales techniques.

5) Handle escalated student queries and support counselors in finalizing enrollments.

6) Monitor daily/weekly team performance, prepare reports, and present results to management.

7) Ensure proper follow-up with leads generated by marketing to maximize conversions.

8) Maintain excellent knowledge of all products (study visa options, countries, colleges, requirements).

9) Maintain a professional, motivating, and target-driven environment in the office.

Requirements :

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 3–4 years of proven sales/management experience in the immigration industry (study visa specialization).
• Strong knowledge of UK, Australia, Europe, Canada, and USA study visa processes.
• Strong leadership ability to manage pressure and handle team targets.
• Must have sales tricks, closing skills, and proven target achievement record.
• Mature, responsible, and capable of driving business growth.

Job Location: Cross Guide Solution sector 22-D sco 3027-28 2nd Floor, above mahadev handloom, opposite kisan bhawan, Chandigarh

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
