About the Role

Immigration Consultant

client-facing role

in-person meetings, phone calls, and online consultations

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on immigration options, especially to

  Europe

  (e.g. Poland, Germany, Portugal)
• Handle initial consultations and follow-ups via

  calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings

• Maintain detailed records of each client’s case and documents

• Guide clients step-by-step through the visa/immigration process

• Prepare documentation and coordinate with internal and external teams

• Keep updated on immigration regulations and policy changes

• Manage day-to-day admin and communication with clients

Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ year of experience in immigration consulting or related field (work/student/business visas)
• Strong knowledge of visa types and application processes (Poland/Europe preferred)
• Fluent in English and confident in

  verbal and written client communication

• Hands-on experience with telephonic and WhatsApp consultations

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Proficient with MS Office and basic CRM tools

• Organized, detail-oriented, and a problem solver
