Immigration Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to clients regarding visa categories, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration or visa options.
• Assist clients in completing and submitting immigration applications accurately and in a timely manner.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities on behalf of clients.
• Keep up-to-date with immigration laws, regulations, and policy changes.
• Maintain proper records of client cases and ensure confidentiality.
• Follow up with clients and authorities to track application progress.
• Provide post-visa services such as pre-departure guidance and settlement support.
• Achieve set targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an immigration consultant or similar role (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws and visa processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently.
