Role Description

This is an onsite, full-time position for an Immigration Consultant at our Delhi, India location. The Immigration Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on immigration processes and policies, assisting clients with visa applications, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role will also require maintaining up-to-date knowledge of global immigration trends and collaborating with clients to achieve successful immigration outcomes.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration processes
• Knowledge of Visas and associated application procedures
• Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ immigration eligibility (Express Entry, PNPs, Family Class, Study/Work permits, LMIA, business immigration, etc.).
• Strong Consulting skills with an empathetic and client-focused approach
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with immigration case management tools is a plus
• Evaluate potential PR candidates (Express Entry, PNP, Family, etc.) for eligibility and best pathways.
• Prepare, assemble, review, and submit complete, accurate applications and supporting documents
