Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

• Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, or in-person consultations.
• Identify client needs and offer appropriate immigration services (e.g., PR, study visas, work permits).

Sales and Lead Management:

• Maintain and manage a database of potential and existing clients.
• Conduct follow-ups with leads to convert them into successful sales.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Advisory and Guidance

• Explain immigration programs, processes, and eligibility criteria clearly to clients.
• Assist clients in completing necessary documentation for immigration applications.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with senior consultants, case managers, and other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on immigration laws and services.

Reporting:

• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Additional languages preferred.
