Cinovations Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Immigration Case Worker for our leading immigration firm in Canada. This role is vital in assisting our Canadian clients with

various immigration applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit applications for Canadian Permanent Residence (PR), Work Permits, Study Permits, Temporary Resident Visas (TRV), and other immigration programs.
• Gather and organize all necessary client documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct thorough review of application forms and supporting documents to ensure compliance with IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, request information, and address inquiries.
• Liaise with IRCC and other relevant government agencies as needed.
• Stay informed about changes in Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or college diploma is required.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in working in a Canadian Immigration firm/agency. Additionally, preparing and submitting Canadian immigration applications (PR, Work Permit, Study Permit, TRV).
• Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Typing speed must be at least 30 wpm
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with case management software and common office applications.
