Job Description

Job Summary:

The Immigration Case Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end immigration case processes, including employment-based and family-based visa petitions. This role involves preparing and filing immigration petitions, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, coordinating with clients and government agencies, and maintaining detailed case documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with H1B, PERM, and family-based immigration cases, along with strong knowledge of USCIS and DOL procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Employment-Based Immigration

  • Manage complete filing and documentation process for H1B, PERM, and other employment-based immigration cases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Prepare and submit H1B petitions, including RFE (Request for Evidence) responses, employer letters, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in PERM Labor Certification processes, including recruitment coordination and preparation of ETA Forms 9089 and 9141.
  • Prepare I-140 petitions and other associated employment-based filings.
  • Liaise with USCIS, DOL, and other government agencies to resolve case-related issues.

Family-Based Immigration

  • Support family-based immigration cases by preparing Forms I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765, I-864, I-751, and related documentation.

Legal Support & Documentation

  • Draft and prepare responses to RFEs, NOIDs, and other USCIS communications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and filing systems, ensuring compliance with filing deadlines.
  • Conduct legal research on immigration law updates and case precedents to support client and attorney needs.

Client & Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with clients to collect and verify necessary documents for case preparation.
  • Provide clear communication on case status, deadlines, and next steps.
  • Train and support junior legal staff in case management procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in U.S. immigration case management (H1B, PERM, Family-based, or similar).
  • Proficiency in preparing USCIS and DOL forms (I-140, ETA-9089, ETA-9141, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of immigration regulations and filing processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
