Job Description

As an Immigration Sales Manager/ Assistant Immigration Branch Manager, you will be expected to possess thorough knowledge about the immigration process, including expertise in countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, and Schengen countries. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Being responsible for sales targets and ensuring the achievement of the sales team's monthly business goals. - Conducting interviews for immigration consultants and overseeing their development. - Motivating team members towards a common goal and leading by example to achieve success in Canada immigration business. - Maintaining decorum within the team and providing necessary training to teammates. - Assisting the team in closing sales and ensuring that individual targets are met. - Collecting daily reports and submitting them to the reporting manager. - Demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships. Additionally, the company offers a salary range of 5 to 9 LPA or as per industry standards. The eligibility criteria for this role include prior experience in handling an immigration sales team. The location for this position is Noida Sector 62, and it is a full-time employment opportunity.,
