Immigration Advisor

Role Overview: As an Immigration Advisor, your role will involve providing expert advice and assistance to clients regarding Immigration products and services. You will be responsible for staying updated on immigration rules and regulations of various countries, guiding clients through the immigration process, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your specific responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Counselling clients over the phone, through email, and in person regarding Immigration products and services. - Providing expert advice on visa options, eligibility criteria, and potential challenges. - Achieving individual/team revenue targets. - Collecting basic documents from clients and ensuring their accuracy and completeness. - Staying informed about changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures. - Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing updates throughout the immigration process. - Identifying and resolving challenges or issues that may arise during the immigration process. - Maintaining accurate records/trackers of client interactions, immigration process, and outcomes. - Generating reports on the status of immigration cases and compliance metrics. - Educating clients on immigration policies, procedures, and potential changes affecting their applications. - Fulfilling any other additional responsibilities as required. Qualifications Required: - Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Salem, Tamil Nadu before starting work. - Full-time availability for the job.
