The post holder will be responsible for dealing with all enquiries in relation to Insurance Verification services, focusing primarily on Eligibility/Benefits of Insurance. Delivering a service to meet the individual goals and needs of all Clients wherever possible resolving enquiries at first point of contact. Duties And Responsibilities: Excellent communication skills Proven ability to manage a varied workload to achieve priorities and objectives Excellent problem-solving skills Willingness to work flexibly and ability/commitment to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
