We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Monitoring Lead to oversee real-time monitoring of IT systems and applications, ensuring 24/7 availability and timely issue resolution. This role requires a strong understanding of server-level technologies (Linux & Windows), databases, and IT monitoring tools. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for maintaining operational efficiency, SLA adherence, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT Monitoring team to ensure round-the-clock oversight of applications, web services, APIs, SMS, Email, Mailback, scheduled jobs, and cloud environments.
• Monitor and track real-time alerts and promptly escalate to relevant solutioning teams for resolution.
• Collect and manage logs for all critical components including new applications, services, and scheduled tasks.
• Coordinate with development teams to onboard new services and applications into the monitoring ecosystem.
• Ensure SLA compliance through proactive monitoring and swift response to incidents.
• Track team performance metrics and provide timely reports to management on an hourly basis.
• Prepare and maintain MIS and operational reports as per management requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong server-level knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in IT Monitoring or related infrastructure support roles.
• Proven team leadership and incident management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment with strong attention to detail.
