Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing
: Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to find potential candidates for open positions.
Job Posting & Description
: Draft and post compelling job descriptions and assist in creating them as per guidance.
Screening & Interviewing
: Review incoming resumes and applications, conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
Coordination
: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
ATS

Management
: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and applications in the Applicant Tracking System.
Candidate Experience
: Ensure a positive and smooth experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Reporting
: Assist with tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Onboarding Support
: Help new hires transition smoothly into their roles and the company.
Employer Branding
: Contribute to efforts that enhance the company's image as an employer.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication Skills
