• Resolve all customer complaints in a quick and efficient manner.
• Expand the customer base by essentially using the methods of upselling and cross-selling.
• Organize meetings with the managers within the organization only to bring out a strategic plan.
• Conduct business reviews frequently by making the best use of CRM programs.
• Have a clear understanding of the critical individual requirements and addressing them accordingly.
• Have the best knowledge of competition and planning a strategy according to it.
• Collaborate with the management team to properly run all the campaigns.

CRM Job Requirements

Listed here are the job requirements of a CRM:

• Work experience in the post of CRM for at least three years.
• Bachelors degree or 3 years Diploma is required.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in CRM role from Real Estate industry is preferable & other industries candidates can also apply
• Excellent proficiency in all applications of Microsoft.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• An efficient team player with all the requisite leadership skills.
• Remarkably superior knowledge about the company’s product.
• Holding a positive attitude significantly focused on customer satisfaction
