Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced QC/QA Engineer (Civil) to join our team at Lambodara Heavy Lifters, Panvel. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet required quality standards and specifications, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and quality requirements for civil and structural works.
• Supervise and inspect ongoing civil and structural works at project sites.
• Verify and inspect materials received on-site (cement, steel, tiles, sand, aggregates, etc.) and prepare material inspection reports.
• Conduct routine material testing and coordinate with third-party inspection agencies.
• Maintain and update all QA/QC documentation, reports, and test records as per ISO and project standards.
• Implement QA/QC systems and procedures to improve efficiency and quality outcomes.
• Prepare and review Quality Control Plans, Method Statements, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards throughout all QA/QC processes.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of concrete and structural technology.
• Familiarity with construction materials specifications, testing standards, and methodologies.
• Sound knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in QA/QC documentation and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
