Primary Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the Computer environment covering asset management, license management, like Windows, Microsoft and all supporting software's and their maintenance, architecture, engineering, and solution deployment.

2. This role will be the technical lead on installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of all desktops, laptops, mobile devices and other electronic devices used by company and all its employees.

3. Responsibilities include design of all desktop encryption, anti-virus, anti-malware, data backup/recovery and Group Policy solutions.

4. This role will manage the outsourced service providers from the desktop support team / managed services vendors.

5. Take care of Software metering and overall licensing management

6. Looking after IT Asset and asset lifecycle management.

7. Research and integration of new desktop technologies.

8. Participate in design, implementation, testing and launching of end user technologies

9. Collaborate with cross-functional partners (IT personnel, support outsourced providers, consultants, technology suppliers and company business users) relative to the implementation of new or revised technologies, capabilities and future Company End User Tech standards and current environment

10. Also responsible for change management, problem management, incident management and IT security as it relates to the End User Compute Environment.
