Responsible for cost estimation & analysis of mechanical/automotive components during design phase.
Perform should costing• Identify cost drivers & reduction opportunities• Develop cost models (material, tooling, labor)• Benchmark & validate cost assumptions• Support NPD & VA/VE initiatives
Strong knowledge of manufacturing & cost estimation• Hands-on Creo preferred• Familiar with VA/VE, DFMA & cost tools• Strong analytical & communication skills
