Be a part of CFT meeting for New Product Automation Development.
Need to develop a concept based on Automation requirement.
RFQ float to Supplier.
Need to validate the Quotation shared by the supplier.
Finalization of Supplier for the concept.
Responsible for developing an automation machine at supplier & same to be proved out at ITW.
Get involve in critical issues in running the machine.
Supplier Development for Automation.
Negotiation skill with supplier.
Creativity for new concept / process development.
Familiar with different 3 & 6 axis robots & its programming (Fanuc, Yaskawa, Nachi, Wittmann, Wemo, Yushin,... etc.)
Familiar with problem solving methodology.
Ready to travel to abroad group companies for knowledge transfer.
Quick learner of new technologies & existing technologies and handle the machines independently.
Robust development of Automation (Robot programming, Assembly station, Grippers for Robot).
Concept Design for Automation.
Team player.
Supplier development & negotiation.
Saving through Automation / Improvements for New product as well as running automation.
