Job Description / Responsibilities
Responsible for customer input review and technical feedback on new Inquiry for Aftermarket business.
3D Modeling, Assembly, 2D & 3D Drafting/Detailing on CREO11 & AutoCAD.
Knoledge about PLM activitied min. 2 years.
Making of New Proposals which includes Reverse Engineering and Design Feasibility.
Responsible for creating OEM/AFM parts drawing and document control.
Making of production drawings, process Sheets.
Preparing and modification of Engineering PPAP (PFC, CP & PFMEA).
VA/VE Ideas for cost saving (Design/Process).
Attend CFT and Hand-over relevant to described customers.
Prepare prototype drawings for sample development.
Support to maintain drawing approval record, issue of process sheet etc.
BOM and Engineering routings for OEM & Aftermarket parts.
Drawing change Management soft & physical (DAPF and TCN).
Enquiry on New Gauge, Jig & fixture number & Prepare the Design concept & Drawing of New Gauge, Jig & fixture.
Complete the R&D project as per assign Target & requirement.
