Job Description

Role & responsibilities This is a full time, on site role for an Insurance / Sales Trainer located in Hyderabad. He/she would be responsible for designing and delivering training program, conducting training session with Employees and Insurance Agents both in Hybrid mode (Virtual & Offline), developing training materials, assessing the effectiveness of training programs. Trainer is expected to be well versed with GI Products like Motor, Health and Travel. Knowledge of SME Products would be an added advantage Trainer would also be expected to stay updated with latest industry trend, regulatory changes and framework, and ensure that the training content is up to date and relevant Preferred candidate profile 1. Experienced in Training Delivery, Instructional Design and Curriculum Development 2. Deep understanding of relevant products of General Insurance and various processes including Claims Management, Underwriting etc. Strong Communication & Presentation Skills 3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify developmental needs in knowledge and skills, ensuring alignment with market and business priorities. 4. Lead onboarding and induction programs for new joiners, as well as centrally designed programs 5. Expert in mobile learning tools, LMS Platform and virtual learning methods (e.g. Google Meet, video-based tools). Proficient in MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel and MS Forms 6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, execute and follow through on training programs 7. Providing constructive feedback and support to enhance learners performance and effectiveness 8. Open to travel 9. Proficient in English and Regional Language like Marathi, Bengali or Telugu 10. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Insurance or related field.
