Edify World School, Walajapet is looking for a dynamic, student-focused, and highly communicative Admissions Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key touchpoint for prospective families, guiding them through every stage of the admissions and onboarding cycle. This role requires someone who can create a welcoming, informative, and seamless experience that mirrors the school’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective parents and students by clearly explaining academic offerings, admission criteria, and the school’s distinctive features.
• Respond to queries with professionalism, ensuring accurate, timely, and courteous communication regarding curriculum details, campus facilities, and institutional benefits.
• Collaborate closely with academic, administrative, and leadership teams to maintain efficient, transparent, and aligned communication throughout the enrollment process.
• Organise, update, and maintain admission-related documents, forms, and records with precision and reliability.
• Evaluate student eligibility, manage registration procedures, and deliver full-cycle support through the admission and enrollment journey.
• Participate in admission drives, orientation programs, school events, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen the school’s presence and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or related roles—preferably within established CBSE institutions.
• Strong understanding of school processes, admission schedules, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills, with the ability to build meaningful connections with students and parents.
• Competence in data management, record-keeping, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
