Imaging Specialist

You will be responsible for administrative tasks associated with all phases of medical imaging projects. As a liaison with investigator site personnel, your role will involve providing initial site contact, ongoing support, and supplying study materials for projects when required. Additionally, you will support process teams through query management, site management, and shipping and receiving study materials. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with compiling portfolio, programmer, and project management reports - Maintain programmer and project files using actual and forecast data - Support in database administration activities - Contribute to evidence collection and conduct formal audits, reviews, or compliance activities - Maintain a knowledge management database by capturing and classifying content - Provide customer service support by responding to requests and allocating unresolved calls Qualifications Required: - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Flexibility in work assignments and willingness to learn new tasks - Ability to manage multiple tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience communicating progress to stakeholders - Familiarity with regulated environments and the life sciences sector - Professional experience in a similar role - Graduation in life science, nursing, pharma, radiology, or a relevant field - Fluent in English The above position also requires a self-starter with the ability to work under own initiative, apply critical thinking to problems, and actively participate in skills improvement training.,
