Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and support infrastructurerelated activities across assigned projects, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and agreed timelines while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor execution of infrastructure works including civil, electrical, or allied activities, track progress against milestones, identify risks or delays, and support corrective actions to ensure smooth project delivery.

Assist in documentation, reporting, and data management related to infrastructure operations, including site reports, compliance records, vendor coordination notes, and periodic performance updates for management review.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality of work, adherence to safety norms, optimal utilization of resources, and timely resolution of operational or technical issues.

Support audits, inspections, and reviews by preparing required information, facilitating site visits, and ensuring followup actions are completed in line with infrastructure governance and control frameworks.
