What are we looking for? Strong domain knowledge Extensive work experience in Procure to Pay - Finance & Accounting Processes in Data & AI powered Transformational support roles 4-5 years of experience in Procure to Pay processes is a must Work with delivery teams to identify opportunities in order to impact Business Metrics Excellent Data Interpretation Skills and Strong Story Telling Skills around the Data Handle conversations with multiple stakeholders from SDO on topics around F&A Benchmarking, Data requirements, latest trends in the industry, Maturity Road Maps etc Good (English) communication skills and the ability to interact with both external stakeholders, internal stakeholders and other data collection specialists Strong decision-making skills, can-do attitude and ability to work with ambiguity Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team Advanced MS-excel skills including formula, pivots, look-ups, statistical inferences Hands on experience on two or more ERPs and consolidation systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Workday, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, JDE, Lawson, Great Plains, AS400, Peoplesoft etc.) preferably with data entry and extraction processes Project Management experience, along with stakeholder management across business functions Highly evolved presentation, documentation and spreadsheet skills Hands-On experience on any of the analytical tools (Python, Revo R, Tableau, PowerBI etc.) and data management tools (SQL, Alteryx, Databrick, Redshift, Talend etc.)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Is a strong Subject Matter Expert in Procure to Pay Process. Experience in processing and analyzing Invoice Scanning, Invoice entry, Invoice exceptions analysis, T&E, Vendor Maintenance, Payments and Batch processing, Payment Reconciliations, AP Helpdesk and Month-close activities Consolidate big-data, analyze, resolve data gaps, infer key insights, prepare recommendations, presentation to stakeholders and managing end-to-end project governance Interact effectively with both external and internal stakeholders, as well as other parties involved in analytics engagement Conceptualize and define PtP - F&A metrics relevant to the engagements & take complete ownership for driving them Oversee the development of such metrics (targeted business outcomes achieved)- by providing guidance and feedback to the operations team Anchor key discussions with the clients around F&A Processes, ERP gaps etc Conduct end-user training on F&A Analytical Solutions and create, own & maintain training documentation Ensures compliance with data security, governance model and solutions deployed Build long-term relationship with stakeholders, handle and sort out major customer escalations in order to ensure strong customer relationships and enhance business Qualification MCom,Any Graduation
