Experience in HR data analysis MySQL Basic Python HR Domain Understanding Business Acumen Strong Communication Skills Proactive & Independent Contributor Experience working with offshore teams is preferred VBA Ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations Power BI or visualization and reporting tool

Roles and Responsibilities: Data Analytics & Insights:Analyze raw data, implement business rules, and generate actionable insights to support talent acquisition strategies. Understand business problems from leads, assist them in report generation and maintenance Programming & Automation:Develop, optimize, and maintain MySQL queries; knowledge of Python, Excel Macros, and Power BI would be an advantage HR Analytics & Business Strategy:Work closely with the team to drive value realization using advanced analytics and technology Proof of Concept Development:Handle data with minimal intervention, perform exploratory analysis, and contribute to optimization of client business Collaboration:Your day-to-day interactions are with peers within Accenture. You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
