What would you do?
The person taking up this role will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of standard HR reports using data from internal systems and external client platforms. The role requires strong technical capabilities in Advanced Excel, PowerQuery, OBIEE, and Visier Analytics to execute reporting processes and generate reliable, high-quality outputs that support business decision-making. The individual must be capable of identifying trends in data, communicating insights effectively, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure reporting needs are met with precision and efficiency. A strong commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and continuous process improvement is essential for success in this role.

HR Reporting MS Office (Excel) Email Writing Skills Problem solving skills (Analytical skills / Collaborative thinking/ Adaptable to change) Verbal Communication:Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency, Pronunciation Customer Service Skills; Stakeholder Management; Operations Management OBIEE and or Visier Analytics HR Domain PowerQuery and or VBA

Roles and Responsibilities:
Execute end-to-end preparation and delivery of standard reports using Excel and data extracted from OBIEE and Visier Analytics Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful reports, dashboards, or data summaries Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using PowerQuery, Excel formulas, and VBA to reduce manual effort Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across all deliverables Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for actionable business insights and operational improvements Contribute to the reporting automation roadmap and streamline recurring report production Support issue resolution by conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommending corrective and preventive measures Take ownership of assigned reporting tasks and projects, working independently with minimal supervision Maintain documentation, SOPs, and ensure knowledge sharing of report logic, process flows, and automation steps Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and aligned report delivery Remain flexible and available to work in rotational shifts, as per business and client requirements
