What are we looking for? ?¢ Experience in SEM analytics or measurement roles, with strong working knowledge of platform capabilities (Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Analytics 360, Microsoft Advertising)?¢ Strong experience and aptitude in digital analytics and reporting on traffic, user journeys, engagement and conversions ?¢ Skilled in applying measurement frameworks, validating data, and supporting integration requirements?¢ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and clearly communicate recommendations for process improvement.?¢ Good experience in using dashboarding tools such as Google Data Studio?¢ Good experience in SEM, SEO tools and reporting?¢ Familiarity with GEO and tools such as Profound or Adobe LLM Optimizer
Roles and Responsibilities: ?¢ Support the operationalization and ongoing refinement of the SEM and SEO measurement framework as defined by the onshore team?¢ Implement KPIs, attribution models, and success metrics across SEM platforms, ensuring data accuracy and integrity?¢ Collaborate with analytics, reporting, and regional teams to assist in dashboard development and validate measurement processes using available data?¢ Proactively identify and communicate gaps in data availability, platform integration, and tool limitations?¢ Contribute recommendations to improve measurement and reporting effectiveness and maintain thorough documentation of measurement standards and processes
