Skills Required (Must Have):

Good to Have:

Experience in HR Analytics domain (not compulsory, but preferred)
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Familiarity with automation/process improvement approaches

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess complex problems in your area of responsibility.
Design solutions requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation of variable factors.
Align with senior management to establish near-term goals and strategies.
Engage with senior stakeholders (clients and internal) to influence decisions.
Manage medium-to-large teams and/or client work efforts.
Innovate and identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase client value.
Ensure timely delivery, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Drive transformation initiatives with a focus on automation and process improvement.
