Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of travel agents to achieve sales and service targets.
Provide ongoing feedback, training, and support to team members on GDS systems and company policies.
Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to management.
Manage team discipline, absenteeism, and staff retention.

GDS Operations:

Oversee team members' use of GDS platforms such as Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus for bookings, reissues, and refunds.
Ensure that team members maintain high standards in booking accuracy and efficiency.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution:

Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and complex travel-related issues.
Provide expert advice on destinations and travel packages.
Ensure a seamless travel experience for customers.

Process & Compliance:

Ensure team adherence to company processes, procedures, and quality standards.
Stay updated on airline rules, regulations, and travel industry trends to offer informed guidance.

Reporting & Communication:

Communicate detailed information to managers, clients, and customers.
Work closely with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Team Leader in the travel or BPO industry.
Excellent knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), including Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.
Strong knowledge of geography and travel sales processes.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work from the office.
