Job Overview. We are seeking an experienced IELTS Counsellor to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP. As an IELTS Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to individuals who are aspiring to study in Canada and Australia. This is a full-time position with a junior level, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Kotkapura, Punjab, India.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in a related field such as Education or English). Strong knowledge of the IELTS exam format and scoring criteria. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in counseling or education consulting. Familiarity with the education systems and institutions in Canada and Australia. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in English and Punjabi (additional language skills will be an advantage). Experience in using counseling software or CRM systems. Roles And Responsibilities. Provide comprehensive counseling and guidance to individuals interested in studying in Canada and Australia. Assess the eligibility of candidates based on their academic background, language proficiency, and other criteria. Guide students in choosing the right educational program and institution that aligns with their career goals. Assist students in the application process, including completing forms, submitting required documents, and meeting deadlines. Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to help students improve their performance in the IELTS exam. Stay updated with the latest changes in immigration and visa regulations for Canada and Australia. Collaborate with colleagues and senior counselors to ensure the smooth functioning of the counseling process. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student information.
