Job Description

This position will report to the IAM Development Lead, Enterprise Identity Management in the Identity & Access Management organization. The chosen candidate will be primarily a Java developer, focusing on connection of computer systems across the Raytheon Technologies enterprise to the central Identity Management solution SailPoint IdentityIQ. This role will support out of the box and custom coded application connectors as well as workflows. Further responsibilities include troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and developing approved enhancements to current apps / workflows. This is a hands-on technical position. Responsibilities: Manage source code and build activities Install, customize, configure, and support SailPoint and other identity provisioning and governance tools Develop custom reports, workflows, and connectors (as needed) Implement large-scale identity and access management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow. Participate in development, testing and deployment of solutions, Advanced debugging and troubleshooting of issues, including interacting with technology vendors. Participate in requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite/offshore delivery model for multiple projects. Customize, configure, and develop IAM solution integrations using requirements and design and independently manage project deliverables to successful completion. Interact with various client business units to drive adoption and get requirements from application owners and onboard those applications into IAM Solution Onboard applications like Workday, SAP, Active Directory, GoogleApps, ServiceNow etc., and integrate with joiner/mover/leaver, access request and access review processes Interpretation of technical documentation to drive implementation of new technologies. Writes code for IAM component integration. i.e. Custom Application connectors, scripts, programs, etc. Troubleshooting IAM system failures. Follows cyber security best practices. i.e. least privilege, bastion hosts, personal admin accounts, etc. Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards Drive intake and fulfillment of bugs, fixes, and enhancements Champion problem management best practices, drive and document root cause resolution to reduce future incidents in collaboration with vendors / implementation partners Participate in production support for any Severity 1/2 incidents Participate in on call rotation Years of Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years hands-on technical experience developing Identity and Access Management solutions, preferably with SailPoint IdentityIQ Must have working knowledge of SQL and Java Development Strong working knowledge Microsoft Windows AD and LDAP Strong working knowledge of scripting in PowerShell, Bash, Python, Beanshell Must have working knowledge of Source Code management in Git Strong working knowledge of DevOps Agile CI/CD release management Experience with Infrastructure as Code a plus. i.e. Chef, Puppet, CloudFormation, etc. Strong verbal and written communication skills, team player with proven collaboration skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Education: BS or BA degree in computer science or related field. In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of IAM development experience.
